Who We Are

Hayley Reynolds set up RAW PR and Marketing in the summer of 2011.  With the team at RAW's background, contacts and knowledge they are perfectly positioned to promote food, drink and marine businesses to a regional, national and international audience.

As well as being local, affordable and enthusiastic, between them they have a huge amount of PR and marketing experience.

Having worked up in London for ten years at two of the country’s leading food and drink PR agencies, followed by an additional five years freelancing in this sector, Hayley has built up an incredible knowledge of the industry. With a huge network of contacts, creative flair, vast experience, a diploma in journalism as well as the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) diploma, Hayley will come up with original and intelligent ways to meet your PR objectives.

Wine and whiskies are her first loves, followed very closely by food. Pernod Ricard, Chivas Brothers and Lactalis are among the many companies she has worked with on brands such as Jacob’s Creek, The Glenlivet, Chivas Regal, Président Brie and Société Roquefort. Previous experience also includes promoting Wines from Spain and The Sherry Institute as well as the prestigious Parliamentarian of the Year awards, The Wine Show London and Bristol Wine and Food Fair.

Jonathan has recently set up a marine industry arm to RAW PR and Marketing.  Jonathan has vast experience within the sector.  His passion for boats began at Pangbourne College where, as an ex nautical college, boat work and seamanship were part of the syllabus.  He is a committed classic wooden boat owner and sailor.  He has completed a year’s shipwright’s/wooden boat building course in Falmouth, worked for Pendennis Superyachts and Pantaenius Yacht Insurance and is a qualified yacht and small craft surveyor.  He has developed close relationships with yachting journalists particularly on trips with the Yachting World editorial team to Cape Horn, Fiji and British Virgin Islands.

With a wealth of experience in Marketing, PR and Event Management, Frankie has worked across a wide spectrum of industries in fashion, television and manufacturing. After relocating to Devon from London, Frankie is thrilled to be working in an exciting and dynamic agency in such a beautiful part of the world.

In her spare time, Frankie has a passion for wellbeing, nutrition and cooking. She enjoys the good life, growing her own fruit and vegetables and tending to her chickens Margo and Gerry.

A farmer's daughter from South Devon, Danielle is Devonshire through and through with a keen interest in both food and agriculture. Danielle studied an Agri-Food Marketing degree at Harper Adams University which led her to work in Agricultural Assurance and Food Safety roles.  With her background in the food industry and great eye for detail, Danielle is a key member of the team. 

In her spare time Danielle enjoys helping out on her husband's dairy farm and loves going on long walks with her cocker spaniel.
